As part of celebrating the 75th anniversary of the University of Panama, Sona Municipal Court, hosted the Seminar on Judicial Facilitators Orientation Community 15 communities in this district, on Friday December 3, 2010.
The
seminar was given by seniors graduate from the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Centro Regional Universitario de Veraguas (CRUV), the Chair of Procedural Law Professor Maura Maure Jamileth Flowers, also an official in the Municipal Court Sona, head of the Community Judicial Facilitators Program, being conducted by the judiciary in the country to speed up legal proceedings.
The issues raised by students were: Servitude and adverse possession, very useful for facilitators of the judiciary, as they have to focus on litigation land. The teacher Maura Flores, said the main objective in this case was to seek an academic and practical interaction among students of the course and the group of facilitators who are responsible in different communities in the district of Sona.
