The President of the Regional Government of Lima, Javier Alvarado Gonzales del Valle, through Executive Resolution No. 243-2011-PRES, designated Dr. Humberto Wilfredo Maúrtua Brendell, Regional Deputy Public Prosecutor of Lima, to assume the representation and legal defense of the rights and interests of the Regional Government of Lima, in the process followed on Enforcement Action by Don Italo Maldonado Montoya and the Provincial Municipality of Cañete, File Number 453-2008 and is pending before the Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of Cañete.
