Municipal Workers participated only Laundering Flag
Although there were no representatives of civil society and organized groups of small north, the mayor of the province of Huaura, Santiago Cano, together with district mayors and municipal workers, tried to draw attention to the Plaza de Armas of Huacho to wash the flag in protest of the alleged transfer of the headquarters of the Regional Government to the City of San Vicente de Cañete.
