The event took place in the auditorium of the Casa de la Cultura de Huacho, last Saturday March 12 at 3 pm, the Regional Manager of Social Development, Mr. Marcelo Lévano Solari, on behalf of our Regional President, Javier Alvarado Gonzales of Valley, led the inauguration and said that they will continue to promote education, culture and sport for children and youth of the Lima Region, also attended the ceremony Mr. Carlos Barreto Carreño, master of the International Chess Federation , and Mr. Rolando Vaccari Ortiz, President of the League of Chess Huacho, among other project partners.
